Mesh: 1 ½” intermediate crimp woven diamond mesh.Wire: No. 10 gauge steel wireVertical Frame: 1 ¼” x 5/8” C-Section channel with ¼” Bolts at 15” on center.Horizontal Frame: 1” x ½” channel, joints are mortised and tenoned.Center Reinforcement: Two 1” x ½” channels riveted toe to toe through the meshTop Capping Bar: 2 ¼” x 1” channel with ¼” bolt holes approximately 24” on center.Corner Post: 1 ½” x 1 ½” angleFloor Sockets: 1 ¼” x 1 ¼” x 2” high aluminum or cast iron floor shoes.Line Posts: For free standing partitions, 3” x 4.1 channel with a 10” x 3 ½” x 3/8” base plate, use approximately every 15’ to 20’.Hinged Doors: 1 ¼” x ½” channel with 1 ¼” x 1/8” flat bar cover all sides. Each door to have 1 ½ pair of butt hinges.Sliding Doors: 1 ¼” x ½” channel with 1 ¼” x 1/8” flat bar cover all sides.
